About
Tishk Barzanji is a visual artist based in London, United Kingdom.
Tishk Barzanji is a London based visual artist whose work explores the intersections of modernism and surrealism. His creative process focuses on space, colour, and deconstruction, specifically examining the evolution of living environments and human interaction within a rapidly changing world.
Deeply influenced by his childhood in Kurdistan and his relocation to London in 1997, Barzanji’s artistic vision was shaped by the architectural landscape and cultural diversity of his surroundings. He formalised his expertise through the study of Fine Art at Richmond upon Thames College and Physics at Loughborough University. Since establishing his practice in 2017, he has collaborated with prestigious institutions and brands, including the Rockefeller Center, the New York Times, the V&A Museum, Somerset House, NET-A-PORTER, and Gucci, and was most recently featured in British Vogue.
